BIO
Carlos Violadé (Seville, Spain 1977) Architect (University of Seville. Spain) and filmmaker interested in different fields of artistic expression. He has developed works in film, literature, architecture and established cultural enterprises. In 2006 he founded, together with Julio Vergne LABALANZA PRODUCCIONES, with which they have produced short films, documentaries and movies.
His work has obtained national and international awards, awakening interest in SUNDANCE INSTITUTE and other centers that promote the incorporation of emerging filmmakers. Red Earth is his first feature film.
